Lord Jesus, who on the eve of your death you prayed for this, that all your students will be perfect unity, like you in the Father, and the Father is in you. Make it happen, that we feel deeply, how much infidelity is the split in Christianity. Let us recognize it reliably and boldly reject it, what hides in us out of indifference, distrust, and even mutual hostility. Grant us grace, that we can all meet in you, that your prayer for the unity of your disciples may continually rise from our hearts and from our mouths. Such unity, what you want, and in time, which you have chosen yourself. Oh you, you are all love, let us find the way in you, which leads to unity in obedience to your love and your truth. Amen.
