Confession of faith (I think) I believe in one God, The Almighty Father, Creator of heaven and earth, all things visible and invisible. And in one Lord Jesus Christ, The only-begotten Son of God, which of the Father is born before all ages. God from God, Light from Light, True God from true God. Born, not created, consubstantial with the Father, and through him all things were made. He is for us people and for our salvation he descended from heaven. And by the power of the Holy Spirit he took flesh of the Virgin Mary and became a man. He was crucified also for us, under Pontius Pilate he was martyred and buried. And he rose again on the third day, as the Scriptures declare. And he ascended to heaven; he is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead, and his kingdom will have no end. I believe in the Holy Spirit, Lord and Giver of Life, which comes from the Father and the Son. Who together with the Father and the Son is worshiped and glorified who spoke through the Prophets. I believe in one, Holy, universal and apostolic Church.
