At the Lamb's feasts,         f sharp E f sharp
In pure white Christmas garments,  D f sharp E f sharp
On the waters of the bloody sea fis E h D
Let us bring joy to the Lord.   D E E Cis fis

In his eternal love
He offers us his Blood,
We also have a pure body
Christ the priest sacrifices.

Sprinkled with holy blood on the door
The avenger angel gazes with fear,
A split sea rushes,
He devours his enemies in the currents.

You are already Passover for us, oh Christ,
Also an Easter sacrifice,
You are our pure unleavened bread
For simple souls with sincere faith.

Sacrifice of heaven, holy,
You overcome the power of hell,
You break the heavy bonds of death,
You win the wreath of life for us.

Christ has defeated hell
He spreads his winning sign,
Having opened heaven to people
He binds the king of darkness into bonds.

To be us forever, Dear Jesus, Easter was a joy,
Keep from sinful death reborn by Your love.
Glory be to the Father and to the Son, who rises alive from the dead
And let the Holy Spirit not fail forever.
